Delivery & Returns
We plan to ship anywhere in the world in the near future, but we currently only deliver to the US, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Most standard shipments sent from Korea are shipped by mieum through K-packet (trackable standard international shipping) then handled by local mail carrier in your destination country.
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. They then typically take 10-15 business days to reach international destinations.
Some deliveries can take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on where you live and what you've ordered. Unfortunately, due to the complexities of international shipping we aren’t able to offer more detailed information.
Your local carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address you provided. Please track your package to ensure you receive it or it will be returned to us and you will have to cover the additional shipping costs.

Please note that parcels are sent from our parent company Hyphenate Inc.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location and desired shipping speed. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.
This is a rough guide when you order directly from us. Subject to change.
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from South Korea. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. mieum will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your country's officials and mail systems.

We hope you’re happy with your mieum purchase, but if you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you return orders from outside of South Korea, you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your order. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns via a registered trackable service. We can't be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
• All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
• Returned items should not be damaged or used.
• Return postage is not free-of-charge.
• Please use a reputable courier or shipping service, when making the return.
• Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are, unfortunately, not refundable.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
You can always contact us at email@example.com with any questions you may have.
Once your order arrives, please check your order and let us know if any item is damaged or incorrect. All of our products are covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If your product is faulty, please read our warranty page.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your refund has not been credited within 15 business days after we approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you purchased. Then, once the return (and your refund) is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order is still being processed by our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order.
Please note that once an item has been packed and labelled by our warehouse in preparation to be shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that you will have to pay the delivery costs for any returns, unless the item is faulty.
