The warranty does not cover damages that occur through negligence, misuse, wear and tear or any usage not in accordance with product instructions (e.g. dropping the product).

 

If your product malfunctions or fails to perform, you may be eligible for a free replacement - see below.

 

To make a claim under our one year warranty, you must contact support@mieum.co with the following information:

 

• Proof of purchase 

• Photo/Video of the faulty product

• Detailed information, clearly describing the issue with UC01

 

You must provide a proof of purchase such as your order number or a receipt from our online store. We are unable to offer the warranty to products without a valid proof of purchase.

 

If the problem cannot be resolved, we will send you a replacement or a full refund including all delivery charges. 

 

To receive a free replacement, you will have to send the faulty product to mieum. Please use a reputable courier or shipping service, when making the return. Once we’ve received your returned item, we will ship the new product and notify you through our fulfilment partner. 

 

Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.

This manufacturer’s warranty is not intended to change or limit your right under the laws of the country in which you purchased the mieum product.

 

mieum warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”).

 

mieum does not warrant and is not responsible for any other product or device made by anyone other than mieum.

 

If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any mieum product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will either:

 

(i) repair the mieum product using new or refurbished parts; 

(ii) replace the mieum product with a new or refurbished mieum product; or 

(iii) refund the purchase price of the defective mieum product.

 

You may also have other legal rights under the applicable local consumer protection law.

 

For the purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications.

 

In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

 

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, mieum expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that mieum shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any mieum product.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g. dropping the product etc.).

 

In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the mieum product.
